Summary of the bill as introduced: Requires all municipalities and counties to inspect each exterior balcony in certain residential properties within its jurisdiction to determine whether the balcony satisfies the requirements of the International Building Code. The bill also requires municipalities and counties to prohibit use of an unsatisfactory balcony.
